• Prepaid balance wallet system

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prepaid Balance and Payments

Our platform operates on a prepaid balance model. You must maintain sufficient balance in your wallet to create shipments. Payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Shipping Guidelines

Users are responsible for ensuring that all shipments comply with applicable laws and carrier restrictions. Prohibited items include but are not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, and items restricted by carriers.

6. Limitation of Liability

xhipping.com acts as an intermediary between users and carriers. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers or third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
